The Kennels

Upon any booking, Kennel Management will give you an approximate cost of boarding, based on the proposed length of stay and the size of the dog. Discounts can be given to long term stays (greater than 6 weeks) but any discount remains the discretion of Kennel Management

NB - As is normal in business, we will give preference to our long term and loyal customers.

For Major Holidays we would request that you book your pet in at least 2 weeks in advance. A deposit will be needed if you book your animal over any major holiday. Booking your dog guarantees a place in the kennels over these ‘heavy booking’ periods.


  

DEPOSITS
Deposits are calculated at 20% of the probable full cost of boarding. Kennels Management will give you an approximate cost of boarding based on the proposed length of stay and the size of the dog. Deposits are requested for the Major Holiday seasons – Our most busy periods. This will guarantee your dog a place in the kennels over these very busy periods.

After paying a deposit, should you need to cancel then Kennel Management will consider the reasons carefully and if agreed, will return the deposit. However, should you fail to make contact or the reasons for cancellation are inappropriate then unfortunately your deposit will be forfeit.

MAJOR HOLIDAYS - 2009

These are defined as
1. Christmas (From Dec 19, 2009 to Jan 31, 2010) - Australia Day (January 26th 2010)
2. School Holidays Easter (April 9th, 2009 – April 27th, 2009) ANZAC Day (April 25th, 2009)
3. Queens Birthday (June 8th, 2009)
4. School Holidays in July (July 10th, 2009– July 27th, 2009)
5. School Holidays in October (October 2, 2009 – Oct 19th, 2009) Labour Day - NSW (Oct 5th, 2009)
normally CLOSED ON SATURDAYS
unless by prior arrangement
