CLEANING

The Kennels are cleaned twice per day as a minimum. The cleaning process is washing by water then the application of a hospital strength disinfectant in the morning and as required in the afternoon

All waste is washed down the drains away from the dogs. It then travels to the septic tank and away from the Dog environment

When each Pen is vacated it is sprayed with Tri-Clean (Vet Recommended) to kill harmful viruses

DOG WASHING

The Kennel Management will wash your pet if, in their consideration, it is required. This is determined firstly if you, the pet owner, requests it and are willing to pay the $20 fee for doing so. Secondarily Palmdale Kennels considers the health of your pet and if considered necessary, will wash your pet free of charge.

On site are two types of doggie baths - one for the larger variety and one for the toy dogs.

NAIL CLIPPING

It is not the kennels normal procedure to clip the nails of a dog. This is left to those who are experienced and qualified.

However; if you would like this to occur; then (at your cost) the management will arrange for a reputable Groomer to visit and perform the required task. No additional fee's will be added to the Groomers fee's.
